To aid our delivery drivers it is very useful if you could provide them with the what3words address for the exact place you want your order delivered. You can precisely pin the corner of the field or yard where you want them. If you’re not familiar with using what3words, we’ve provided some basic what3words instructions. You might like to click our ‘Remember details for next time’ checkbox to save having to do this in future!

Step-3. You can change the layer to display the satellite map if that is easier. It usually is!
Step-4. After zooming in → click on the exact corner of the field or yard where you want us to deliver your trees.
Step-5. Copy the 3 Word Address (Crtl+c) → move back to this form → and paste (Ctrl+v) into our input field.

Invoicing
We send a Proforma Invoice to the billing address for request for immediate payment within 14 days of the full amount due. Due to the perishable nature of trees, your order will be cancelled after 14 days of none payment. We despatch after receiving full payment of your order. By default we prefer BACS bank transfer to our bank. But for small orders or if you prefer, we can send a Paypal advance invoice for the full amount, through which you may pay via credit card if you so wish.
Your order will be submitted to our office for processing where a member of staff will confirm stock availability and send your Proforma Invoice to the billing address provided within 48 hours. You should discuss preferred delivery dates a that time.
